Participation in the competition

Eligibility


Persons who are 18 years of age or older and whose permanent residence is in Germany, Austria or Switzerland or are participating from one of these locations are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition is free of charge and is not tied to any purchase or other consideration - apart from the tasks and conditions listed in the competition notification. Participation is still only possible within the specified period. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Exclusion from participation


If the competition notification only concerns a selected group of addressees, then only they are permitted to take part in the competition. Only one participation is possible per person. The use of unauthorized aids or other manipulation to obtain an advantage and the provision of false personal data is against the rules. If there is multiple participation or irregular participation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude those people from the competition. The price of the competition will be stated in the respective competition notifications. Determination of the winners


The prize will be raffled among all participants who are eligible to take part in the competition and who meet all the requirements stated in the competition notification. If this applies to more than one person, the draw decides. The determination will take place immediately after the closing date, but no later than fourteen days after the end of the competition.

Notification of the win


The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided no later than fourteen days after the draw. In the event that the distribution of the prize requires shipping to a delivery address, the winner will be notified to provide the required address by email, telephone or post. If the required information is not submitted within fourteen days of receipt of notification of the prize, the claim to the prize expires.
